MEET OUR STAFF

  • DR. REG OVERSTREET

    LEAD PASTOR

After 15 years of pastoral ministry in Lakewood, Washington, Reg was appointed by Community Grace as its Lead Pastor in February 2020. Reg grew up in Warsaw, moved away in 12th grade to Florida and then to Washington State, and has now returned after 29 years with great excitement about the future that God holds for Community Grace.

Reg’s education includes a B.S. in Business Administration at Clearwater Christian College in Clearwater FL; Master of Theological Studies at Northwest Baptist Seminary in Tacoma, WA; and Doctor of Ministry at Corban University School of Ministry in Salem, OR. His family includes his wife Sarah, a Warsaw girl who he met while visiting family in the summer of 2004, and the resulting six amazing little girls: Lizzy and Gabby (who are uniquely different but very close twins), Sophia (an accomplished friend-maker), Penelope Joy (a supreme imaginer), Agnes Faith (a snuggle-loving friend to all) and the littlest, Leandra Irene who lives up to her names’ meanings, “lion-like peace.” The Overstreets are also very devoted to God's family, brothers and sisters in Christ, whom Jesus purchased with His blood to make His Church (Eph. 2:12-19).

  • SHAWN MASON

    DIRECTOR OF STUDENT MINISTRIES

Shawn is originally from Kendallville, Indiana and graduated in 2014 from the The National Institute for the Development of Ministries to Youth. Shawn has a passion and desire to see young people be equipped to serve Jesus in whatever area of life they choose to pursue. It is Shawn's goal to see young people know what they believe and why they believe it so they can make an impact for Jesus in their everyday life. Shawn is married to his wife Alexis and they have two daughters, Sadie and Lillian (Lily). In addition to ministry and family life, Shawn is an avid sports fan, and loves coffee and Dr. Pepper. If you have any questions about the youth program he would be happy to meet with you.

  • HEATHER FAUST

    DIRECTOR OF CHILDREN'S MINISTRIES

Heather began her walk with Jesus at the age of 8 in the solitude of her bedroom, but the decision was preceded by many godly people...her neighborhood church that welcomed her family in, and taught the Bible with passion. Her single mom who worked as a school janitor to make a way for her to be educated in the Christian school. Teachers that loved and nurtured her shy nature and faithfully taught years of doctrine and hundreds of memory verses. Christian mentors that helped her grow as a leader, discover her passions, gave a listening ear, and provided opportunities to serve. Heather has walked with Jesus faithfully for over two decades, but the grace of her Savior and the beautiful body of Christ paved the way.

Now, Heather is married to her best friend, raising three young daughters together, and has served 15 years in kids ministry (11 of those as a volunteer at CG). She loves the Bible and finding creative ways to hide it into kids' hearts. She is excited to equip parents to disciple their kids well. She has a heart for making CG kids ministry a place where someone who has never stepped foot in a church could feel at home. She enjoys opening the eyes of kids to missions, opportunities to serve, and most importantly, their amazing Savior. She is delighted to serve in the new role as Children's Ministry Director and lead the most spectacular group of volunteers there is!

On a lighter note, she also loves Indian food, being cozy inside in the winter, exploring nature with her girls when it is NOT cold, reading missionary biographies, and "heart to heart" talks. She hopes that Community Grace is the place that you and your family will visit and make your home!

Tristan arrived at Community Grace in the fall of 2015, shortly after moving to Warsaw to attend Grace College. He graduated with degrees in Biblical Studies and Youth Ministry. • NOAH TWOMBLY

    TECH DIRECTOR

Noah has been attending Community Grace since 2011, and has been an active part of our worship and tech ministries since 2020. Noah attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in pursuit of an art degree. During his time at school, Noah quickly expanded his knowledge of church tech. His expertise was utilized heavily during the COVID-19 lockdowns, and as he continued developing, he was offered the position of Tech Director at Community Grace.

Noah enjoys a wide array of hobbies. He likes the outdoors, enjoying hiking, climbing, and biking. He also enjoys playing, writing, and recording music. Noah has a background in photography and videography, and still enjoys capturing moments. He loves to support and partner with other artists as well.

  • ALEX SPULLER

    CHURCH OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Alex has been attending Community Grace since the fall of 2017. She graduated from Grace College in December of 2019 with a B.A. in Youth Ministry. Alex loves the church and has a heart to see the church grow and thrive as one body, united in Christ. It is her joy to radiate the love of Jesus to all that she encounters so that one day the earth might be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord (Habakkuk 2:14).

Alex is married to her best friend, Tristan. When she isn't in the office, Alex loves to spend time with friends, catch up with 909 students, run, hike, attend the occasional concert, and drink way too much coffee. If you see her around, please say hi!

  • TAMMIE ROBINSON

    OFFICE ASSISTANT

Tammie and her husband, Jim, have lived in the Warsaw area since 1992 after moving from Akron, Ohio. Tammie grew up in the Ellet Grace Brethren Church in Akron, so after getting settled in the area, they finally landed at Community Grace in 1996 and haven’t looked back. Over the years she has served with the youth ministry, college ministry, worship ministry, women’s ministry and even as office support in the past. Tammie loves the church family here at Community Grace and is excited to watch what God is doing in the lives of the people here in this community. One of her passions is encouraging others, usually in one on one conversations. You may see her sipping her favorite chai drink at a coffee shop while listening to and praying with a friend, so please don’t hesitate to say hello!

Tammie and Jim have two daughters and some “adopted” children and grandchildren that they love spending time with. And because life isn’t always easy, her life verse is found in Habakkuk 3:17-18 which says, “Even though the fig trees have no blossoms, and there are no grapes on the vines; even though the olive crop fails, and the fields lie empty and barren; even though the flocks die in the fields, and the cattle barns are empty, yet I will rejoice in the Lord! I will be joyful in the God of my salvation!” Praising God in the midst of struggles is a choice and she chooses to praise God no matter what.
